Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees

Registration fees will only be refunded to participants who request cancellation before 14 September 2026. Refunds will begin to be processed on 1 October 2026 and will incur a €50 handling fee.

Hotel Reservations

The following cancellation policy applies to hotel bookings:

1. From the time of booking up to 16 days before the start of the event: 10%.
2. 15 days before the start of the event: 100%.
